This manning proposal can consist of suggested basic operational organisation structure, specific role - skill requirements, number of each role required, role interface/interaction suggestions etc.

Bespoke to each client/system, on receipt of projected passenger numbers/passenger flow/demand profiles etc, we can provide ‘ a typical day in the life of’ style guidance to help direct the operational staff members on best system settings at various points through a ‘normal’ shift.

Whilst the core operation of the system remains unchanged, the size, location, application, demographic etc will influence the design of individual systems, therefore a training manual will be tailored specifically for each client.
